Marcus & Associates

This was my first logo design project. I had zero logo experience but dove in headfirst and delivered something the client loved. Designing the logo for Marcus & Associates meant capturing the essence of both the firm and its founder, Marcus, in a single mark. The monogram-styled design blends professionalism with personal touch, while the rich blue tone and bold typography communicate trust and expertise. The result? A brand identity that immediately elevated Marcus & Associates within the competitive senior housing investment space. This project was created during my time at an agency.
